Learnova provides hundreds of online learning skills, videos, assessments that parents can use as part of their homeschool curriculum, as an afterschool activities, and as summer study for their children and for schools' usage. You agree that the T&Cs is provided "as-is" and that Fox Learning Solutions assumes no responsibility for failure of delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form and (b) maintain update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Fox Learning Solutions has the right to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Fox Learning Solutions has the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse any and all current or future use of its service.

By subscribing to the service, you agree that we are authorized to charge you the membership fee associated with the type of membership (monthly or annually) you choose during registration. A Membership is activated once we receive payment of the Membership Fee, which is set at registration and is based on the number of students’ or teachers’ account requested. We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal payments. You agree that we are authorized to charge you the membership fee at the then-current rate to the Payment Method you provided during registration. Please note that prices and charges are subject to change with notice. The subscription will not be automatically renewed unless you choose that while making the subscription. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will be effective immediately. We provide refunds for the remaining days in your subscription. You cannot have access to the service once you cancel the membership.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Fox Learning Solutions and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing, accessing, and using (by practicing or printing for personal usage) the material contained on this Website.
